President - Shane Moon

Most of my working life has been involved in Sales and Marketing with mainly international corporations with the last 25 years focused on roles from Sales Rep, QLD Account, Sales and Field Managers roles in the FMCG Market.  He is a qualified Sales trainer and has a strong small business background having owned and operated his own business.  In Sydney prior to moving to QLD and now in the Moreton Bay region. Also since moving to QLD Shane has completed an Associate Diploma in Business Management.

Over the last 25 years his family have built and ran a Learn to Swim school in the Morayfield area which was sold three years ago.  Currently the family own and operate two hairdressing salons in the Moreton Bay Region.

Shane has a strong commitment to our community being a Rotarian, member of Chamber of Commerce and current President for the last 5 years of Caboolture Business Enterprise Centre (CBEC) along with other boards and community associations he works with.  Currently adding a new role to his community service by being elected to the Sunshine Coast Rugby League Board.

Secretary - Debbie Biancucci
 

Debbie has an extensive banking and finance background spanning more than 20 years. Her personal qualities reflect in her professional life, offering clients and fellow team members’ energy, honesty and loyalty.

A long term local resident, Debbie is a proud supporter of various organizations, charities and events throughout our region. With a strong belief in this community and its future, Debbie is a visible and committed supporter of our local area.

Treasurer - John Croucher

John joined the dairy industry in 1963 and over thirty years held the roles of Factory Manager, Production Manager, Branch Manager, Financial Controller and Company Secretary, being responsible for 200 to 300 staff.  During this time, he obtained his Certificate of Dairy Manufacture and Diploma of Dairy Technology from the Gilbert Chandler Institute of Dairy Technology and then a Certificate of Accountancy from the TAFE College in Albury, New South Wales, and became a Member of the Institute of Corporate Managers, Secretaries and Administrators and the National Institute of Accountants.

In 1993, he moved from the dairy industry to establish a public accounting practice, servicing the needs of small business in South East Queensland.  He specialises in accounting procedures and functions, along with business planning and management, embracing the attendant compliance requirements of the Australian Taxation Office and other authorities.

During the last 45 years John has been involved in 17 community organisations holding executive roles including President Secretary and Treasurer. These organisations have ranged from School Council to a variety of Sporting, Community Service and Community Facility organisations.

Committee Member - Cr Greg Chippendale (Deputy Mayor)

Greg Chippendale is Deputy Mayor of the new Moreton Bay Regional Council - which covers the districts of Caboolture, Pine Rivers and Redcliffe.  Greg was first elected as a local councillor of the former Caboolture Shire Council in 1997.  He was re-elected in 2000 and 2004 and served as Caboolture's Deputy Mayor throughout both terms.  In 2008, Greg was elected to Australia's third largest council - Moreton Bay Regional Council.  During his 13 years in local government, Greg has played an active role in numerous large-scale projects that have benefited his local community and the broader region. 

Before entering council, Greg spent several years running his own business and it was during this time that he became acutely aware of the many issues affecting people in his community.  In his capacity as patron, member or local representative, Greg enjoys a very close working relationship with community and sporting groups.

Phil started his career in Sydney where he joined AWA as a Commercial Trainee in 1959 and obtained accounting qualifications from Technical College.

In late 1966 Phil moved to Gladstone as a foundation staff member at the Queensland Alumina refinery which commenced production in 1967. In 1974 Phil was promoted to a general management position and he served at that level in Gladstone and Brisbane until his retirement at the end of 1999.

Phil's positions included Administration Manager, Corporate Controller (CFO), Commercial  Manager and Company Secretary.

Phil graduated from UQ in 1974 with a bachelor degree in Economics and maintains his membership of accounting and secretarial bodies (FCPA and FCIS).
